In the mountain hall at Lindesnes Lighthouse, you can explore the weather on an interactive touch screen, choosing different weather conditions and times of day to see how the landscape changes. This digital weather experience gives you a new perspective on nature – dramatic, beautiful, and equally impressive in all kinds of weather.
On 11 August 1975, the temperature reached 27.3 degrees.
On 11 January 1987, the temperature dropped to –18.1 degrees.
On 2 December 2001, it rained 88.5 mm.
In February 2023, Storm Otto hit with gusts of 133 km/h
